Open to juniors and seniors in high school and transfer students. Sessions will include, but are not limited to:
- Welcome meeting and recital.
- Music theory and musicology lectures.
- Tour of music facilities.
- Breakout sessions for Music Therapy and Music Learning and Teaching.
- Breakout sessions for orchestra, band, choir and jazz ensembles.
- Question and answer session with faculty and current ASU students.

ASU Middle School Honor Experience (Grades 7-8)
Saturday, November 22, 2025, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
The ASU Middle School Honor Band is back! This year we are adding a String Orchestra to the mix. Nominate your students for this one-day event that includes guest conductors, instruction from ASU faculty/students, and a performance on the stage of ASU Gammage.

10:30 a.m. – Masterclasses with ASU Faculty
Campus Tour

3:00 p.m. – Dress Rehearsal On Stage of ASU Gammage

For ASU Gammage ticketed events, tickets are available for $12 at the ASU Gammage Box Office or can be purchased online at Ticketmaster (fees apply). All students with an ASU, college or school ID receive one complimentary ticket and all Herberger Institute faculty and staff receive two complimentary tickets. Complimentary tickets can be picked up at the box office prior to the event and during all normal business hours.
All Herberger Institute students, faculty and staff and Mirabella residents are eligible for complimentary tickets to most events ticketed through the Herberger Institute box office. Buy tickets to obtain your complimentary tickets using your 10-digit ASU ID as the promo code.
